Bug (Case 1158374) Closing/docking Hierarchy window causes Exception

    Closing the Hierarchy window via mouse-middle-click causes Unity to output an
    NullReferenceException
    .

    Docking the Hierarchy window causes an 
    NullReferenceException
    as well.

    Reproduce
    • Create new project
    • Click "Window > General > Hierarchy"
    • Middle-mouse-click on Hierarchy tab to close

    Actual
    Observe Unity display an NullReferenceException.

    Expected
    Closing and docking the Hierarchy window should not cause any error.
