Using lightmaps in combination with asset bundles and a multi-scenes setup, causes the lighting to be oversaturated. Lighting looks fine, if no asset bundles are used.

I was able to reproduce the issue in the editor (play-mode only), windows standalone and android.

Please see the attached screenshots and video in the submitted bug-report.

    Reproduce
    • Open user attached project
    • Delete Assets/StreamingAssets directory
    • Press "Build > Player" from the main menu
    • Open loader scene in editor
    • Press Play in the editor
    • Click "Single Scene" and "Multi Scene" Button
Observe that the lighting looks the same between both scene setups.

    • Press "Build > Player using AssetBundöes" from the main menu
    • Open loader scene in editor
    • Press Play in the editor
    • Click "Single Scene" and "Multi Scene" Button
Observe the "Multi Scene" lighting is oversaturated.

    Expected
Lighting should not be oversaturated when loaded from asset bundles.

Unity Technologies replied to the bug-report, that they are not going to fix it:
