(Case 1140260) Postprocessing with multiple camera generates VULKAN error in specific device

    Hi, I found that PostProcessingStack with multiple camera (one for PostProcessing, others for UI with depth-only clear flag) generates VULKAN error when I set Vulkan as graphic API.

    This issue occured in only specific Android devices, like Xperia XZ (Android 7.0, Adreno 530 GPU). But Galaxy S9+ works correctly.

    Also, any combination of Unity 2018.3.9f1, 2019.1b8 and PostProcessing 2.1.3, 2.1.4 generates this issue.

    I'm not sure that this issue is related to 2019.1b but I hope that 2019 will fix this. (+ 2018.3 backport too :) )

    Mimimum reproducible project was sent as case 1140260.

    Same GPU, but different Android version (8.0) devices (Xperia X Perfomance) dosen't have this issue.
