(Case 1101795) [Lighting/HDRP] Very Unstable Lighting

    Seems like no Graphics team checking 2018.3 beta section, I post again at here.

    At Scene Window, do the rotation you will see the lighting keep changing the intensity. After the rotation, move mouse cursor to the Lighting - Realtime Lightmap you will see the lightmap unloads and load itself. Another thing is when changing Reflection Probe to Baked, the lighting keep flickering.

    Yes, I've been having a similar problem with shadows appearing and disappearing seemingly at random, and it's a major issue for me. I'm doing a lot with alpha clipping shaders and RenderTextures and they seem to be mostly responsible for the problem, but I haven't been able to resolve it for weeks.
