    Is the caret misalignment issue of inputfield fixed?

    It's marked fixed, so it should be in 5.2. If not, please re-open or submit a new bug.

    Ok.

    One suggestion regarding the recurrent question about if one issue is or not included in some branch/release.
    Perhaps you could provide some automatic solution to provide this in addition to the status. Ie: Fixed and merged in 5.2... or so.
