Hi,

does anyone know any Race AI Tutorial out there. it will be appreciated

The unity racing kit has a basic and a pro AI (the free version only have the basic)

The Gotow Car tutorial, first written in 2009, is no longer available online (although one can retrieve a copy of only the text via Internet Archive). though there's a Unity 5 compatible version of the Tutorial project, rewritten in C#, and available on Github.

For a complete racing solution (including source code), the Racing Game Starter Kit is highly recommended. It's regularly updated, features a complete racing management system (with feature unlock) and the author responds promptly to any questions that you might have.

There are other racing solutions that can be purchased (mentioned above), but they either do not include source code which can be very problematic if the author isn't interested in providing updates or improvements, or the solutions are no longer (regularly) updated.
