I've imported my skinned character as an .fbx file with baked animations and a level i designed.

The level has a mesh collider that works when I let a cube fall onto it.

Same for my character with its capsule collider, it works when I let a cube fall on it.

For some reason though, my character moves through the mesh collider on the level. It moves through walls and everything. Why don't the mesh collider on the level and the capsule collider on the character work on each other when they work on a cube?

humm sounds like maybe one of your collision checks are looking at its self?.... Have to see more of your code to get an idea why m8?.. picture of inspector while it happening, something.... =)

Hey supamigit. I've attached a couple of pictures, one from the characters inspector view and one from the levels inspector view while its happening in play mode.

The capsule collider is quickly slapped on her because I tried deleting it and redoing it, but before I had the same issue.

There's nothing that changes in the inspector as far as I can see.

There's also no reference in my scripts to any colliders or OnCollision function. Could it be a bug?

I deleted my character and re-did everything in unity because I had some other problems and its only after having re-imported my character that this has become an issue. I can't find any other examples of this happening anywhere, it's probably either a bug or a tiny box I didn't click :)

    Yaaaay its fixed :D

All I did was replace the character model and put all the scripts and collider etc on again and voila! Don't ask me why the other one didn't work though :) I'm just glad it works now, thanks for your time though sm
