Canvas Scaler's mode 'Scale with screen size' stop unity

    After I change to that mode, unity stops and generate hundreds errors.

    Almost have danger of ruins my project.

    Can you create an example project of that error?
    Just tried it in several scenarios without issue. Do you have specific replication steps?

    used unity 4.6.1

    and what just I did is just change to that option from default canvas object.

    I'd suggest updating to 4.6.3 and trying it again. I didn't have that issue in 4.6.1 personally, maybe it is resolved for you in the latest.
