Bug Canvas and UI menu doest exist at 2020.3.14+

    In unit 2020.3.14 the menus for creating canvas and UI items disappeared from the dropdown menu in the Hierarchy, but in higher verses like as ..3.15f1 or …3.15.f2, it also disappeared from the GameObjects menu on the toolbar. At the moment it is not possible to create any UI items as there is no longer a menu to create them.

    You need to make sure you added the UI package via the Package Manager.
