Hi. I don't know if this is the correct forum to ask this but I'll give it a shot. Steam does not do partnerships outside of the USA and I live in Sweden. what can I do to get my game out there? and share it whit my beta testers?

That's not true. I'm in Finland and released game on Steam. It requires some work to release, you have to setup a tons of images and text + wrap your game with the Steam API + pay 100 USD for the fun of it.

To start selling your game on Steam, you will first need to join Steamworks!

Go to https://partner.steamgames.com/, log in to your Steam account and follow the instructions. Some digital paperwork (i.e. bank, tax and company* information) needs to be submitted - all of which has to be verified by Valve later. Part of this procedure also involves paying a $100 fee.

More detailed information can be found in the 'Getting Started' section of the 'Steamworks Documentation':
    https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/gettingstarted

*If you're an Individual, don't panic. You don't need a company to join Steamworks.
