Cant use my visual studio

    when every time I create a new c# scrip it just makes a note pad folder instead don't k why
    I'm still able to open visual studio

    I'm using Unity 2020 and my Visual Studio is 2017 ver 15.9.26

    pls help I'm new to Unity

    Open Edit>Preferences and check what your External Script Editor is set to in 'External Tools'. You probably just need to set it to be Visual Studio

    That's normal. The script icon was changed with the new UI update.
