Question Can't use movie-length .mp4 for videoplayer?

    I can't drag in this videoclip in the videoplayer. Is it because it is too long/ too big? Other mp4's worked just fine.

    If you right-click on the clip and Reimport, do you get an error message in the console windows?

    Yeah, I get two

    It means WindowsVideoMedia doesn't support the file. I would need the file to know what exactly it doesn't support. We support 4k and long videos, so this is probably something else. Can you upload your file on a drive and DM me the link? I can check for you.
