Can't use mouse wheel to scroll animation list in animation window on windows

    When on Windows, I can't scroll the animation list in the Animation View with my mouse wheel, and need to rely on the scroll arrows at the top/bottom, which is aggravatingly slow. I can scroll through the animation list on Mac OS but not on Windows, can't believe this is still an issue that still has a shocking lack of posts/tickets about it till this day. These are the only posts on this topic that I could find:

    Is there still no fix/workaround for Windows?

    Hi! This is due to the differences of how menus behave on macOS and Windows. We use a standard Windows Menu for drop-downs, which doesn't allow for scroll wheels to work. I unfortunately do not have a good workaround for you.

    The best course of action is to file a bug (Help->Report a bug) and suggest that there should be a different way to select an animation than a dropdown for very large lists.
