Hi all, I'm having trouble with a model from the asset store, all of it's attributes are read only, and I can't control the animator to script when the animations should play.

I've had it working before, I'm not sure what I'm doing different, I've read where you duplicate the animations so you can edit them, which works, but I want to script the conditions, how do I go about this?

If it's Read Only then that means that the animation is still inside of the .fbx file. If you open the fbx in the Project view, find your animation and press ctrl-d to duplicate it, you will now have a version that won't be read only in the Animation windows.
