Can't upload a fine in personal conversations

    I can see the "upload a file" button in public threads but can't see it in personal conversations(only 'post reply' and 'more options').
    Does anyone know how to solve this ?:eek:

    This is only allowed by users who qualify based on certain criteria - which is in place to prevent new users from spamming users with malicious files.
