Can't update target API

    Hey,
    3 years ago I've created my games on version 5.6.0f3 for android.
    In order to upload them again to the Google Play Store, I need to update the target API to 30 instead of 25.
    I've been looking for a solution and I can't find one, maybe you guys can help me.
    I have the API installed on my PC because I am using Android Studio but the editor can't find it.
    I have a later version of Unity but I am getting compilation errors and I don't think it is the approach for that.

    I have updated to a later Unity version and now I am having this problem

    I have tried to switch the gradle for gradle 6.5 but I am still getting this message.
    Also having those errors aside this one:
