Can't Switch Organization in Hub

    Unity Hub 2.4.2, macOS Big Sur, M1 Mac.

    I have two organisations under my account, a personal one and a work one. When I logged into the Hub today, it will only show me my personal organisation and there appears to be no way to switch between them. When I try to open a work project, it tells me there is no license - because my license is on my work organisation. Why is there no way to select which one to use? All the options just send me to the web and my account - where everything shows up as normal. Any solution for this? Or am I missing something....
