Hi @mengjiangtao! Are any of your assets larger than 5GB? Collab has a hard limit of 5GB file sizes and will return this error if it encounters them.

If that is not the issue then try deleting your snapshot file inside of your project's Library/Collab folder, then reopening Unity and try to publish again. If that doesn't work then try using partial publish, by right-clicking a selection of assets and going to Collaborate->Publish, to see if your connection is having issues uploading so many assets at once.
