Can't startup Unity. Failed to load Window layout. Stuck in a loop.

    So this happens twice consecutive days now. Solved it the first time by deleting the defaultlayout manually in the roaming folder (and the library folder, suggested by another thread). Now It's back again. No compile errors in my project like the window suggests. What else could this be?

    Same here, started happening on any new projects about a week ago, and is now consistently happening every time I launch those projects (I have also done the standard deleting of layout files).

    occuring on 2020.1.9.f1 and 2019.4.15f1
