Question Can't sign in to Unity Hub 3.0.1

When I open Unity Hub 3.0.1 and I click sign up it opens a blank web page.
In the Unity Hub (I'm still not signed in), there's no error or anything.
If I click sign in again the same thing happens

 

I have the same problem.

 

I accidentally had a VPN on. When I turned it off, it worked. Try that.

Same thing is happening to me, don't have VPN. How do I report this bug.

 

I've tried since 3.0.0 & its till doesn't work.

 

I have the same problem if I inspect the page I get "Failed to launch 'unityhub://login/?code=<some string>&locale=en&session_state=<some long ass string>' because the scheme does not have a registered handler." from the console. I am trying to get Unity running from an external drive on a public computer

 

Does not work with my install. Just updated to 3.0.1 and I cannot sign in.

 

What was the value of code? How did you inspect the page?

Same thing happening to me on a fresh install. Both the Sign In and the Create account links do nothing. No VPN in use.

Expanding on your comment, if you paste the following into a browser, it does bring up Unity Hub but with an error. Maybe it can be resolved with the correct code & session state?

This is happening to me as well. Has anyone found a verified solution?

 

When UnityHub redirected me to a website to login, I got an empty page, I just inspected that page in Google Chrome (right click>inspect) and opened the console (there should be multiple tabs [Elements, Console, Sources, Network]) to see the error message.
I don't know what the code was and simply stopped bothering with UnityHub and install the editor manually as well as activate the license using the offline license activation guide.

 

My default browser was not selected. After choosing a browser, everything worked for me.

 

problem is(for me) i already had a default web browser, no clue why it happens
