Can't set Project ID, signing in only half works, wtf is going on?

For at least the past hour I've been unable to work on my project because Collaborate refuses to work properly. I've created and removed the projects numerous times but it just doesn't work. Half the time it says "can't get organisations", the other half it just tells me it either can't create the project ID (even though I see the project in my dashboard!) or I no longer have access to the project ID. Signing only half works (takes 5 minutes to even register that the signin worked). The dashboard got errors about retrieving user permissions.

What's going on?? Am I the only one?
