Can't set Kinematic Rigidbody to Continious Dynamic

Hi everyone.
If I set Rigidbody IsKinematic to true, I can select only Discrete or Continious Speculative modes. Continious and Continious Dynamic are unavailable (i can set them, but it resets to Speculative automatically).
Is it a bug?

This may be because kinematic rigidbodies have no velocity. Continuous and Continuous Dynamic sweep the rigidbody along its velocity each frame, resulting in multiple samples. If there's no velocity there's no way to tell which way it should sweep. I'd guess it is not a bug.

Continous Speculative is a new option specifically for this case.
