Can't select .Net 4.x in Unity 2021.2.12f1

    I can't select .Net 4.x in Unity 2021.2.12f1.
    I can select .Net4.x in Unity 2020.3.23f1.

    Why does this difference occur?
    I would like to use .Net 4.x on my 2021.
