You need to model interior walls aswell with the faces facing opposite of the exterior walls.

Currently you only have an exterior shell.

every polygon has a normal which is facing only one direction
and its only visible from this one direction (except you are using a two sided shader)

Faces are not double sided by default. It is possible to set them double sided, but that is not good way to model things. Just model the interior the hard way.

    Hello there,
If this is a Model for Unity3D, well.

Here's a little work around to try out!:

    Open Unity3D,
Place the House into the Scene,
    Select your House,
Search for the Assigned Texture (In your case as seen on the picture, White Texture),
    Change the 'Shader' to "sprites/Diffuse",
And se if this is something your maby looking for.

If not, do the same exept Select instead of sprites/Diffuse,
    Use this Shader: "Skybox/6 Sided",
And then make each Texture on each side, with Some place's for windows,
    these windows, don't Texture it,
And se if this is somthing your maby looking for.

These 2 ways are to make it simply easy/simple to do, well, don't make it to hard for yourself, thats all.
