Can't restrart unity project

    Recently, I encountered some problems in the process of importing Unity Render Streaming. When I install the package according to the official documentation of Unity Render Streaming, the Unity editor does not restart the project for me after I select YES at this step, and I am stuck in this screen after restaring.

    I have solved this by disabling the nvidia device in the device manager! Seems like nvidia direct3d related problem.
