Question Can't purchase Sakura Rabbit's course

Hey everyone !

Does anyone know why I can't purchase Sakura rabbit's course on Unity learn?
It's in Chinese - so I use chrome's auto English page translator:

When I try to login with my Unity ID, a message appears:

"Bind mobile phone number:
In response to the requirements of the "Network Security Law of the People's Republic of China", in order to better protect your account security, please bind your mobile phone number"

I type in my phone number, but a red "The phone format is incorrect" message shows up... even when I type with my country's (Israel) prefix code (+972).

You should contact support about this, but personally I doubt they intended to give access to this course to people outside of China.

I do not read Chinese, sadly, so I have no idea. Try to write to the worldwide support, despite that the Chinese company is a subsidiary, they talk, I'm sure.
