Can't open .sbsar files

Hi!

So I just bought this from the store: https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/#/content/1262

I imported the file and now I see him as a white page. (See image )

How can I fix this, I tried others .sbsar and it happens with all of them.

Btw I tried on a different computer and happen the same thing, shows the icon as a white page.

My unity is updated to the last version, and I have the Windows 8 and Windows 8.1.

Have you tried closing Unity and then opening it again? I've noticed that Substances can sometimes be a little buggy when imported. You could also try right-clicking it and selecting "Reimport".

No, the file it's not corrupted, I sen't the file to another computer(not mine) and It worked there.
