Bug Can't open or create projects Unity Hub 3.3.0

Hello,
I installed Unity Hub 3.3.0 and Unity 202.3.8f1 (the one used at my school).
I tried to create a project but everytime i try, the project folder is never created. I tried reinstalling Hub at different places on the computer like my Documents folder (with the editor here too) but to no avail.
I also tried returning my licences and getting a new one, even deleting the .ulf but the problem still remain.
I can't find possible solutions to my problem anymore so i'm asking here now.
