Bug Can't open Existing Projects after updating the Unity hub

As the headline says, After renewing my license for the untiy hub, I attempt to load a project that I was already working on, But it won't open anymore, Am I missing something? This project is a personal avatar that I've been working on for use in VRchat. but the Unity Hub will only allow be to create new projects, not load existing ones. Please, I need help, A lot of work went into this Avatar, and I'd rather not have to start over.

Update 1, Now it won't even let me create a new project. Something is seriously wrong with the Unity Hub. And or the Editor.

Update 2, The Unity Hub version 3.2.0 Keeps making me get a new license every time I launch it, and I still cannot open existing project files, or create new ones.
