Question Can't open an empty project

stuck at this ui forever

It retrying forever. But still can't open a project.
I have try 2022lts 2023 ,same issue. And reinstall many times

 

Content root path: D:\unity\okj\

Try creating the project under the user's Documents folder.
That location probably doesn't have the correct permissions for apps to read, write, execute.

Hmmm that's odd.
Check if any antivirus (besides Windows Defender) is running, and if so, disable that.

I'd probably also try creating a new user account on the system, log in with that, if necessary install the hub and editor there and see if it works under a different account.

 

hmm. I am trying to install unity in virtual machine . If works ,I may have to reinstall win10...

 

I doubt for the issue, but check your firewall.

What are you machine specs?
