Can't move a 3d models empty without moving the whole model

So I need to move the empty that's attached to the 3d model, onto its head. Whenever I try to move it, it just moves the whole model. Only reason why I need this is for the movement script I'm using. Sry if this is a dumb question im sort of new to unity

 

Just got it. I just had to unpack the preset and add an empty myself
