I tried using HDR colors with post-processing bloom. However, I can't get a red glow at all. I can get orange or pinkish but not a pure red glow:

What I want is pure red-ish glow like the hand here:

IDK if this is just due to my monitor or something. I have URP with post-porcessing bloom enabled. The cubes have the default URP lit shader with the shown emission color.

Set the Base Color to black first. Otherwise you're starting with an already slightly orange white lit object you're adding red on top of.

Thanks. That actually makes total sense. Even with a black object, the environment light affects it too much. Using an unlit shader, I was able to get a red glow. I did have to set tonemapping to neutral from ACES(otherwise it's still orange). Not sure if that was a good idea.
