I've cleared my cookies and am allowing third party cookies.

I'm using chrome but have also tried on opera but I have the same issue there, but I only get
Is anyone else having trouble?

Same issue here, emailed Support three weeks ago and no word yet. Can't do anything on my end.

Appears to be Answers logging me in and out at the same time and getting confused about it.

Ah ok, I wanted to check I wasn't the only one having problems before emailing them (just done), will let you know if I hear anything. Have you found a workaround?

Nope. Haven't been able to ask or answer on Answers since this started. I can clear all my *unity3d* cookies and view stuff, but that's no fun. :p

What kind of answer is that? If it's happening on every browser we try, how ISN'T it their fault? Stupid.

This statement is wrong. It`s a known problem with the User account. At least they know now. Contact support again, they will fix it for you. May need a while though, they are at fixing this at a one by one basis.

Tiles is correct but I will get the web team to look at your account and get back to you.

No it's fine, I've got you listed we are getting round to everyone as quick as we can but the web team also have other responsibilities so that's what is clogging it up.

Well, I've bee desperate to get onto answers for over a month. I've tried over a dozen different browsers too, including the obscure stuff.

I understand your busy, but when pro purchasers such as myself can't access your community pages, you can imagine how frustrating it can be.

I understand your frustration, we are still working on a overall fix for this while getting individual accounts working. I'll take a note of your account and forward it to the web team.

I'm having this issue. I can however log in if I accept third party cookies. I just don't want to accept 3rd party cookies for all sites, and adding "[*.]unity3d.com" doesn't do it. Any idea what domains would have to be accepted for this to work?

(EDIT: not actually sure it's _exactly_ the same issue, but _an_ issue with login in (it redirects and logs me out almost immediately after getting logged in)

Im also having this issue. @Aurore Please add me to that list as well. Thank you.

Edit: If this is an actual problem still, of course. Or should I contact the support?

Are you also getting redirected to http://answers.unity3d.com/users/local_logout.html ? Or getting stuck in too many redirects?

I'll have a look at your account, do you get any errors in the JavaScript console when you try to log in that you could send me screenshots of?

Thank you for the extra info, we've had an issue with that plugin on the forums as well, so I'll have that fixed. Will ping you once done.

It seems that my issue is fixed by now. I just tried to log in every day and now it works.
@SaraCecilia Is the issue fixed already that you gave to the devs?

Seems this problem has reared its ugly head for me now. If I try to post an answer in answers.unity.com it sends me to the login page. If I happen to be already logged in, it takes me to my Account Settings. I have tried 5 different browsers on both Mac and Windows. On my Mac, I've added "answers.unity.com" to the allowed sites and am currently accepting all cookies. I don't see a fix for this, so any help would be great.

Just to be thorough, I just checked on my Linux Box browsers. Same Same.
