I make something that worked for me:

I was trying to install Unity Hub on disk D (my HD).
Then tried to reinstall in the C disk (my SSD).
Now the log'in has been progress and the Unity Hub open loged.

Then i cut the Unity Hub folder from C:/Program Files/ to D:/Program Files/.
And since I was already logged in, it kept working.

I imagine that the problem is in the magnet link made at the time of login, which does not automatically search for the installation location (besides the main one on disk C)

If you previously installed Unity Hub on Disk D, check that the licenses folder is not saved there, and move it to Disk C within the Unity Hub folder. I had a problem with this when I went to log in to another account, and that solved it.

I originally logged in on Disk D, but after an update, I was no longer able to login because the web browser would have me log in there, but then turn to a blank white screen. Now that I have a new computer, a new browser (that i've licensed) and have moved over Unity from the old computer, the problem is even more complicated. Should I just delete and redownload unity hub onto Disk C?
