Can't login in Unity Editor or Import External UnityPackage

Hello,

This problem started yesterday and I have tried on two different computers. First, I can no longer pull up services in Package Manager because it said my API access token expired. I logged out of my account in the Unity Editor, and tried to re-login on Unity Hub / Unity Editor. However, after typing in my credentials, the login window disappears and I'm still logged out.

Additionally I try to import a .unitypackage file that I downloaded, and it is giving me a "Nothing to import!" error even though my project is completely empty. Any insight into what might be going on? I'm not using a VPN and am able to login to my account on web (e.g. Firefox).
