Can't Join Unity Collaborate project

I am trying to access a unity collaborate project I was invited to. I am a part of the organization as a user but when I try to open the project through the editor, it says unity teams required. Then says:

1. Go to https://id.unity.com
2. Select the organization.
3. Make sure you are added to the organization in the "Members & Groups" link.
4. Make sure you have a Unity Teams seat in the "Subscriptions & Services" link.

I know I am in the organization. The organization has a unity teams account. I think the problem is that I don't have a teams seat? How do I get a seat? Doesn't getting added to the organization give me a seat? I'm not sure what's happening and I'd appreciate some help figuring things out.
