Bug Can't install package: Cannot perform upm operation: 101057795:error:1408F119:SSL routines:SSL3_GET

When I try install the package, this error message show up:

Code (CSharp):

1. Cannot perform upm operation: 101057795:error:1408F119:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_RECORD:decryption failed or bad record mac:c:\pkg-fetch\precompile\node\deps\openssl\openssl\ssl\s3_pkt.c:535:
2. [NotFound]
3. UnityEditor.EditorApplication:Internal_CallUpdateFunctions()

Restart Unity doesn't solve the issue. Happens with Unity 2019.1.0f2

 

Same error happens when tried install Collections package in Unity 2019.4.3f1

I just downloaded package directly from here:
https://github.com/needle-mirror/com.unity.collections/releases/tag/0.9.0-preview.6

And did "Add package from disk" from Package Manager, but still the same error message appeared.

 

Yes, It worked for me by doing turn off firewall in Windows 10

 

Had the same issue. Disabling firewall resolves the problem.
Also, make sure to quit and restart Unity Hub after disable.

 

Disable Firewall or Antivirus for some time to install the package.

 

help i cant download 2d animation package
