Bug Can't install Entities on fresh URP project

    Using latest Unity LTS version (2022.3.9f1)
    Creating fresh 2D URP project
    Adding Entities (1.0.14) package from Package Manager
    Results in error messages related to com.unity.collections@2.1.4 dependency:

    com.unity.collections@2.1.4\Unity.Collections\UnsafeParallelHashSetExtensions.gen.cs(17,51): error CS0246: The type or namespace name 'NativeHashSet<>' could not be found



    I am unable to change the version of Entities or Collections packages through Package Manager.

    Not sure what is causing this issue,
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I made 3 fresh projects - always getting the same error.

    1. Create a 2D URP Core project.
    2. Add Entities 1.014.
    3. Observe Console errors.
    4. Close Editor.
    5. Open project from Unity Hub.
    6. Observe successful load.
