    [SOLVED]

    Hello,

Several different attempts and it's the same; whenever I save a PSD from PS CS6, I get this error in Unity:

"Could not create texture from Assets/Textures/tex-target-circle.psd: File could not be read"

I thought it might be a file issue, so I saved with "compatibility" on and off, to a couple different files, I tried closing everything and starting Unity alone. It refuses to load the PSD files.

    What can I do?

    Thanks.

    [EDIT]

Turns out it was saving in 32-bits-per-channel; changing it to 8 made everything work fine. :)

You might also have to turn on "Maximize compatibility" in photoshop.
