Can't import asset packages in new Unity version...

    I can import the whole "Standards Assets" package when creating a new project but If I try to import once inside the project I get this... upload_2019-1-21_23-52-45.png

    The tutorials I am trying to follow show the individual items from the "Standards Assets" package underneath the "Custom Package" heading so you can select only what you want to import. I installed the "Standards Assets" package from an installer file and from the "Asset Store" from within Unity itself and nothing seems to work. I did not have this issue with earlier versions of Unity 3D.
