Can't get rid of emulator-5580 in adb

As the topic says I can't seem to figure out where this one is coming from.
First I thought it was coming from my phone (Xperia Z5 Compact) but I've already installed the adb drivers for my phone.
Also after I've disconnected my phone and run adb kill-server then do adb devices it shows up again.
But first after like 30 seconds or something. So the first view times I do adb devices it doesn't show.
I also tried emu-kill but then I get a message that localhost:5580 is offline.

Any clues on how to figure out what is spawning this emulator? Because it does seem to interfere with the Unity Build and Run process. Needing me to kill adb every time before I do build and run on.
