Can't get refund 24hrs+ prior to Unity Certification Exam.

I have been try to get a refund for the Unity Certification Exam in Vancouver this coming Saturday morning. The registration page on Eventbrite states that refunds are available up to 24hrs before the event starts. I have applied for the refund 3 times now over the past 18 hours to several different email addresses associated with the exam event with no response or acknowledgment.

At the time of sending in this post now, the event will start in 24 hours and 34 minutes. I getting a little nervous because I can't afford to throw away $150. Any ideas?
