Can't get past sign-in survey

I can't get past the initial sign-in survey for Unity. It asks to select your country but the country options window is frozen and won't allow me to pick any country or scroll, and you can't get into Unity without completing the initial survey questions.

 

Is this in the app or the website? If its in the app (editor), create your account online and then just use it to log in to the editor.

EDIT: I've gotten around the issue. You can use the keyboard to control it.

I can't get past the Country of residence part of the survey. I already picked which country i'm in and after answering all the other questions and clicking done, it still brings me back up and says "please answer this question" but I already did. And i tried it again but it still won't accept my answer. Please! Anyone help! T^T

 

I have the same problem as Rickstreamer. Please help.

 

I'm also having the same problem as Rickstreamer and Emonga. I tried to use the manual activation option on the website, but it appears that the question on there is bugged as well.

 

I am also having the country problem. The same as the last three people.
Details:

So I sign in to unity to activate my account, finish the survey completely, and no matter what I do it says "please answer this question" above the "country of residence"
But all the questions are answered?

I'm running on windows 10, fully updated. This error happens regardless of what version of unity I try. (I've tried several 4.x versions and the 5 installer, no good)

 

For me, it doesn't even say to answer a certain question, it just stays there at the survey no matter how many times i press OK.

 

If anyone is having this problem, check your computers date and time. I was stuck with same problem no error messages just stays in "Quick and easy survey"-page no matter how many times I press OK. Then I noticed that my computer time was incorrect time, fixing computer time fixed the problem.

 

I fix my time in windows and license was activated

 

All I did was close the application and reopen it and it stated to work

 

You can skip this online method, just go offline and do it manually. Save the request license file. Upoad it on https://license.unity3d.com/manual and license linked to your system will be generated and you can download it and load it to unity editor and after that you can enjoy the unity tool.
