I have the game built but I can't find the apk file to upload to the app store. Everything else went fine and all other steps were followed correctly. I have 50+ files that were created in the bin folder where the file was supposed to have been made. Please help!

Try setting other location than your project folder or look trough it carefully.

I am on this screen for upload at the Google play store.

    UPLOAD NEW APK TO PRODUCTION

I clicked to search the file but can't find it.
I searched everywhere and the folder that I had built the game into from Unity doesn't have the apk file.

All I have is .split files.

Never heard of .split files. Are you using some plug-in? Or used "Split Application Binary" option?

Nope. I just built it using Unity as you're supposed to. Now when I go to upload it, I can't find the .apk file to upload. It is supposed to be under bin, if I'm not wrong.

The APK is wherever you told Unity to build to. Using standard build settings, the only file that will get created is the .apk file itself.

    1. okay, so I go to Texture compression: PVRTC
    2. I check only 'Google Android Project'

I don't see it. Am I doing something wrong there?

Is there a reason you are checking "Google Android Project"? Unless you need to make special alterations that can't be made in Unity, you should uncheck it and it will build just the APK.

Thank you, very much! Sometimes, all it takes is one click, haha.
I am now stuck with the signing process though. Will need to figure this out and I'm done.
    Thanks again, you're a savior!

After you create the keystore, you sign the app within Unity at Edit -> Project Settings -> Player -> Android -> Publishing Settings. Then when you build again it will be all ready to upload to Google Play!

You've been such a great help that I feel bad asking you more things but it seems like I don't have a choice as I don't know why another issue has come up. Can you please tell me which Texture compression option would be best for the app to work on S5 and higher Galaxy Tablets? I was using PVRTC.

I mean for it to be available on Galaxy S5 and higher tablets because the version I posted is not supported on those formats. Would you know the best compression? I was told to use PVRTC for tablets.

Or, this doesn't have an impact on which device it would be available on and I should instead choose a different option.

    Thank you!

PVRTC should work fine on all devices.

No it doesn't. Topic is about Android, not about iOS.

    1) Open the notepad and save the empty text file as .apk
    2) In the build settings when you have to choose the file select the file you've already created.
