Bug Can't exit the editor. I always have to kill the process from the system monitor app

    Using Unity 2018.2.21f on Solus with Budgie. When I try to close the editor, it freezes forever and the only way to exit from it is to kill its process from within the system monitor app. I downloaded and installed the editor from Unity Hub, and it is located on one of my SSDs.

    Still an issue for me in 2019.3.14f1 and Pop_OS 20.04. Also installed the editor with hub. The editor completely freezes after attempting to close it. Any known fixes to this?

    Might be unrelated but there was an issue long ago with the Editor freezing until you closed the hub. Try quitting the hub and see if that works.
