Can't even request support tickets - my ZenDesk account was wrongfully terminated

    When I try to log to my unity support account I get this message
    Cannot sign in suspended user #some numbers

    - I requested many tickets over the last 2 years and didn't even get a email that unity got them - feeling so stupid
    - my asset store refunds - stuck on processing for over a year - no zendesk ticket related to them.

    I didn't even get a message that my support account was terminated.. wtf

    my actual account is completely fine and not suspended or anything
    Do anyone know a place I can reach to sort this out?
