Can't duplicate assets with drag and drop

    Hello everyone

    I noticed that with 2019.3 on Linux I can not duplicate an asset file into the Project tab by dragging and dropping it with the Ctrl key pressed. This works on Windows with the same version, and it also work on Mac using the Alt key instead (Mac convention).

    Can anyone else confirm this problem?

    Should I report a bug?
