Question Can't create a new Plastic SCM organization

Hi,

We would like to work with a freelance on a Unity project. We've created a new Unity Organization to add him and would like to link this organization to Plastic SCM so we can transfert one of our projects to the new org. Like this we can work with the new freelancer while not giving him access to all our projects.

The problem is we can't find how to do that. The organization isn't automatically created on Plastic and there's no sign of a button to create it anywhere (Unity client or dashboard, Plastic dashboard)

How can we do this ?

 

So we were heading in the right direction. Now the problem we've been facing is the "We could not process your payment." error with the same card we're using to pay Plastic SCM subscription so we highly doubt the card is causing the issue.

We've found this thread (https://forum.unity.com/threads/unf...process-your-transaction-at-this-time.439600/) but using a VPN or not didn't made any difference.

We want to know if anything can be done before calling our bank or trying with paypal

 

Basically we just want to activate Plastic SCM on the new organization we create in order to work with our new collaborator. Currently we have an active Plastic SCM subscription for internal work running for a while so it might be legacy.

The new way to use Plastic SCM with Unity is by purchasing a DevOps subscription right ?

 

Outch it's 3 times more expensive for the same storage, I think we'll stay on legacy as much as we can then
