Question Can't create a new adUnit

    hi everyone
    couple of weeks ago we created 9 adUnits on dashboard.
    but this week we can't create a new one or even change the others. We get this error as you can see in the following picture. photo_2022-02-07_11-22-41.jpg
    we want to update our game soon, Could you please help us what to do
