Can't connect Lightpack to Pc

    Whenever I try to connect the device on the pc, I get the message in the device that the pc is an insufficient charger and that the device may not charge. Because of that, my pc doesn't recognize the device as if it was not plugged in. As anyone else experienced this before?

    A factory reset did it for me.

    Do you have the Magic Leap HUB attached? It's an extra proprietary device (dongle) to allow computer/MagicLeap communication
